An elegant and easy appetizer that is very surprising to be sure. Frozen puff pastry Wrapped occupied a fruit and nut Melty layers of cheese and preparing it might be easier. They will be performed in about 15 minutes!
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed *
1 8 oz wheel of brie or camembert
1 / 4 c. dried cherries

Defrost 1 sheet of puff pastry, served on the bench for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt in a medium skillet over medium heat in butter. Add dried cherries, apricots and walnuts. Sautee for 1 minute, until fruit is hot and slightly softened. Add to add liquor, water and cinnamon, and 1 or 2 minutes, stirring often, until most of liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
